Design feedback - You can build custom Commonplaces, inviting members of the public to have their say on proposals and plans shaping the places they live, work and travel through.
Community heatmap - Get people talking about their local area, by inviting them to drop a pin on a heatmap and communicate how they feel.
Customer Dashboard - After your project launches, analyse the community feedback to find out what is important for them with our all-in-one project data dashboard. Perfect for your reporting stage, with charts, unlimited exports and smart filters.
News feed
Keep the public informed, by updating them throughout the project with our ‘Latest News’ feature. Update your subscribers easily, and let them know how their feedback was put to use.
Survey mode - Upload your offline surveys with ease and combine online feedback with offline feedback.
Social Media Promotion - Make use of our various social advertising packages to improve your reach to the community and engage a larger number of people who otherwise may not have known about your consultation, such as the younger age groups.
