How to add 'Call to actions' for tiles on the Hub page
Having call to actions helps with conversion rate and give visitors an idea of what is expected of them on a tile. This functionality allows you to add call to actions on every tile they add.
This functionality allows you to add call to actions on every tile you add. Having call to actions increases conversion rate and give users an idea of what is expected of them on a tile.
Once the call to action is selected, it will show on the tile as soon as there is at least 1 comment on the tile (We will change this soon to have it show all the time). The button colour will be controlled by the “Button colour” branding option and the font colour will be automatically set to make it accessible.
If the call to action options do not appear on your project, please contact the Support team and we will enable it.
There are 3 main places where you can add and change the call to action:
When creating your tile
The options in the dropdown will change depending on whether you are creating a map or a proposal tile. If you would like an option added, please request it through our feedback tool
In the tile summary tab on the right hand panel for proposal tiles
If you missed the functionality when creating your tile, or want to add or change your call to actions, navigate to the summary tab and scroll to the call to actions dropdown. If you don’t want to have a call to action or remove it - remember there is a “None” option. If you would like an option added, please request it through our feedback tool
In the tile setting accordion on the left hand panel for map tiles
In map edit mode, we added a new accordion called “Tile settings”. Same as for proposal tiles, if you missed the functionality when creating your tile, or want to add or change your call to actions, navigate to the “Tile settings” accordion and use the call to actions dropdown. If you don’t want to have a call to action or remove it - remember there is a “None” option. If you would like an option added, please request it through our feedback tool
