What is the 'Add paper form/interview' tool?

If you are hosting an event and want survey your attendees in person, you can use this tool to collect their response.

Or, if you have offline data in the form of paper surveys, you can input them to the website using the 'Add paper form/interview' tool. This way, each individual response is stored separately from the user who is logged in, and you can analyse all of the data in one place.

Top Tip

To successfully use paper forms, you must ensure that the questions and the data fields on the paper forms exactly match the online Commonplace survey. Be sure to include the correct GDPR statement and consents on your paper forms!
