What are Voice Notes?

Voice notes is the ability to respond to questions with a voice recording response and have the answer automatically transcribed. 

Why use Voice Notes

Voice notes is an accessibility feature that allows respondents with disabilities to respond to proposals, where they would have otherwise not been able to type or communicate. This is a great way to reach more people of the community and more diverse audiences.

How to use Voice Notes

To allow voice capture you’ll need to discuss this with your Customer Success Manager first, who will be able to activate this for you. 

Once this is activated you can use the voice note feature by following these steps:

1. Once you have entered edit mode, on the left top Page menu scroll down to the tile you wish to edit.

2. Add Long text answer by clicking on Add, then drag it to mobile screen. 

3. Click on the question. On the right hand side you can edit the question, to activate the Voice Note function click on Allow voice recording.

4. When you are ready click to Save to make sure all your editing is saved.
