The PlanApps platform (more info here: https://www.commonplace.is/platform/planapps-by-commonplace) includes:

• PlanApps homepage for your local authority
• Integrated with your PlanApps database system (we have done this with Salesforce, ESRI and idox so far)
• List view and map view of all planning applications with search and filter options
• Planning application display pages prioritising imagery, key facts and mapping
• Option to add a comment, including material considerations tailored to your local authority
• Optimised for the mobile user, with QR call to actions on your printed notices
• Option to sign up for news on a specific planning application
• Option to sign up for notifications new planning applications in a certain ward, borough or custom polygon or based on other search / filter criteria
• All the usual data in your dashboard including visitors, contributions and respondents
• Capability to run TopicAI to understand trends by application type, by geography or over time
