Project Launch Checklist
A step-by-step checklist to ensure the quality of your website before launch.
Once you have finished adding the content, there are a few things to check before notifying your Customer Success Manager (CSM) that the website is completed.
Things to check:
- Are you happy with the Demographics questions, and the Survey questions? N.b. these cannot be changed after launch
- Have you added a short description about the organisations involved in the team, and have you added links to the organisations’ privacy policies
- Have you populated the Timeline page?
- Do all the in-text links lead to the correct place?
- Have you provided a contact email address?
- Have you provided the CSM with an image and text for social media sharing (i.e. the image and text that will come up when someone shares on social media)
Please finalise all content and notify your CSM three days before you’d like to launch - this gives us time for our Quality Assurance and technical checks.
When you have completed the check-list above, please notify us, we will need three working days to quality-check your project and ensure we are ready to LAUNCH.
