Respondent (Visitor) Journey

A Visitors comment flow and journey when they visit your Commonplace website

How does it work

 

1. A respondent visits your Commonplace website, and locates a project that is of interest to him/her

2. They will read the information detailed for the project and then be asked a set of survey questions about the project. 

3. Once they have finished responding to the questions and selected ‘Next’, they will be invited to enter their email address. A link is sent to their email address which they will need to confirm.


 

4. Once they have reviewed their comments and they are happy with it, they will be invited to confirm their email address. A link is sent to their email address which they will need to confirm.

5. They will then be brought to the “Demographics” screen to answer their demographics questions. All these questions are optional.

6. If they scroll further down, they will be invited to opt in to the sensitive category questions.

 

 

7. Finally they will be brought to the ‘Preferences’ page where they can opt in or out of notifications for comment replies, project updates and new Commonplaces in the area.
