Preferences page
It is important for project teams who run their engagement on Commonplace platform to keep your respondents in the loop on how their project plans are evolving by sending out periodic newsletters or updates.

What are the communication options available in the preferences page and what do they mean to respondents?
The default communication options are:
Comment replies - If respondents check this box, this means that they would be notified by an email sent through Commonplace when members of the project team replies to their comments.
Project updates - If respondents check this box, this means that they would be notified by an email sent through Commonplace when members of the project team post news and updates on their project website(s).
New Commonplaces in your area - If respondents check this box, this means that they would be notified by an email sent through Commonplace when there is a new Commonplace in your area.
We can also add custom consent options such as prize draw. If respondents check this box for “Prize draw”, this means that respondents who complete the survey are automatically entered into a raffle prize for vouchers towards a selection of attractions, meals and stays.
Please contact your Customer Success Manager if you would like to add custom consent options to your Commonplace website.
