If you notice that your website is down, get in touch
If you notice that your website is down please immediately contact customers@commonplace.is and write ‘URGENT’ in the subject.
As soon as you have contacted Commonplace, your Customer Success Manager will launch an investigation on why your website is not loading and will provide you with ongoing updates on the process and how long it will take for it to be fixed.
Most issues tend to be fixed within the hour of when they are first reported.
