Whilst your Commonplace is set up and in testing mode, the landing page of every Commonplace now displays a holding page with an easy way for local people to leave their email and be notified once the engagement launches.
This way you don’t have to be concerned about visitors finding your Commonplace prematurely and you can start building your community of interested residents.
If you are logged in as an admin, you preview the Commonplace as if it’s live and can edit and refine its content at your leisure.
The number of people subscribed to the launch notification can be seen on the dashboard under visitors on the engagement page.
Once the Commonplace is launched an email will be sent automatically to everyone subscribed inviting them to take a look and contribute.
